The City Of Gold Coast Is Seeking To Engage A Preferred Supplier For The Provision Of Removalist Services. The Principal Anticipates Increased Demand For Removalist Services Over The Next Three Years As It Aims To Deliver Its Objectives Under The Accommodation Strategy. Key Initiatives Requiring Removalist Services Include:•Bundall Precinct Refurbishment, Anticipated To Start From June 2024•Bundall & Nerang Precinct Consolidation•Depot Consolidationad Hoc Removalist Services May Also Arise On As As-Needs Basis Outside Of The Requirements Of The Accommodation Strategy.Where Required, Removalist/S Will Be Required To:•Remove And Relocate Workstations, Cabinets, Office Furniture And Other Possible Miscellaneous Items From Specified Administration Buildings And Depots, And Dispose Of Any Unwanted Items, As Instructed By The Principal. The Principal Will Empty Storage Cabinets/Shelving Prior To Disposal/Relocation. The Contractor Will Not Be Required To Disconnect Or Reconnect Pcs And Other It Equipment.•Supply Packing Cartons And Tape•Pack Cartons/Boxes•Dismantle Office Furniture, If Requested By The Principal.•Be Licensed To Operate Any Relevant Vehicles Required To Perform The Services, And Undertake Removalist Tasks When Not Operating The Vehicle.
