Providing Technical Training At Mbo Level Tailored To The Business Situation Of The Dmi. This Means That The Students Who Register For These Courses, In Addition To The Standard Subjects Associated With The Recognized Training Code, Also Take Surplus Subjects. The Business Situation Of The Dmi Is Characterized By Rapid Technological Developments And (Inter)National Cooperation With Other Armed Forces Components. The Surplus Subjects Take Up Approximately 20%-30% Of The Total Training And Are Offered In A Modular And Context-Rich Manner. This Means That Teachers Must Have A Good Idea Of The Competence Development Of The Students, By Acquiring And Sharing Knowledge And Experience And Coordinating This With The Design Of The Teaching Programs. The Assignment Consists Of The Following Parts: * Recruitment And Selection Activities * Providing Technical Training * Training Students
