The Council For Gaeltacht Education And Gaelscolaíochta (Cogg) Has A Traveling Exhibition (Teaching And Learning Resources) In A Mobile Library Which Contains An Example Of A Wide Range Of Teaching Resources For Education Through Irish, Other Resources Related To The Teaching Of Irish, And Works Of Literature For People Youth And Teenagers. The Mobile Library Visits Schools, Colleges Of Education, Conferences, And Adults Are Given The Opportunity To Go In And Look At The Contents, Order Resources Or Get Information About Ordering Channels. Between 150 And 200 Visits Are Made Per Year. Cogg Is Offering A Contract To A Company Or Organization To Take Over Management Of The Traveling Exhibition, Which Includes Hiring A Coordinator/Driver; Stock-Keeping And Orders; Visitation Timetable; Arrangements With Schools Or Others; Information Services, Care Of The Vehicle. Coordinator Position: A Coordinator/Driver Will Be Hired And Cogg Will Be Involved In The Selection Process. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Management Of The Coordinator/Driver. There Will Be Regular Meetings Between Cogg And The Contractor In Order To Provide Support, Information, Advice And Training In Relation To The Affairs Of The Traveling Exhibition. There Will Be An Identified Point Of Contact Within Cogg With Whom A Designated Person Of The Contractor Will Communicate Regularly. The Person Appointed Will Have A High Standard Of Irish; Garda Síochána Vetting; Clean Driving License Category C; Knowledge Of Vehicles And Willingness To Take The Cpc Day Course Every Year According To Eu Rules; Excellent Interpersonal Skills; Understanding Of The Education System; Knowledge Of (Or Willingness To Learn About) All The Resources In The Exhibition; Computer, Administration, Marketing And Sales Experience. The Usual Functions And Responsibilities Of An Employer Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor. Coggs Responsibility In Relation To The Mobile Library, Cogg Will Be Responsible For Insurance, Tax, Parking, Tolls And Nct Payments, As Well As Costs Related To Repair And Fitting Out.
