The Procurement Concerns A Turnkey Contract For The Construction Of A Service Building At The Shooting Range For The Police In Birkenes Municipality. Detailed Design Must Be Carried Out By The Tenderer. Birkenes Municipality Wants To Build A Building At The Pistol Clubs Shooting Range At Flakkeloner In Birkenes, Which Will Be Leased To The Police For Use As A Staff Room, Cleaning Room And Warehouse For The Police. For Security Reasons, The Amount Of Information That Is Made Public Is Limited. The Basis For The Competition And Announced Documents Will Therefore Be Sparse With Information About The Functional Description And Design Of The Building. Other Documents Can Be Obtained From Kgv On Request From Relevant Providers. The Tenderer Must First Sign Appendix 6 Distribution Declaration With A Non-Disclosure Agreement That The Documents Are Not Distributed, Copied Or Published Beyond What Is Necessary To Obtain Prices For The Execution. Documents Must Be Returned Or Destroyed After The Competition And Digital Traces Deleted. The Tenderer Is Responsible For Any Subcontractors Signing Appendix 6 (Both Declarations). The Client Provides A Framework Application (Approved As Of 19/04/2024), And An Application To The Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority (Submitted, Not Approved As Of 19/04/2024). The Tenderer Is Responsible For Other Necessary Applications (E.G. Ig And Completion Certificate). There Is Also A Discharge Permit. The Tenderer Must Be Responsible For The Detailed Design, And Is Free To Use Ark Or Other Ri That Has Been Part Of The Document Preparation Until Now. This Requires A Separate Agreement Between The Parties. The Client Creates A Project Group That Will Participate In The Work Surrounding The Detailed Design.
