Internet Connection - A) Availability Of The Service 24 (Twenty-Four) Hours A Day, For 7 (Seven) Days Of The Week, From Its Activation Until The End Of The Contract; B) Responding To Maintenance Calls Within A Maximum Of 04 (Four) Hours From The Request; C) Inactivity Rate Of 1% (One Percent) Per Month; D) Implementation Of An Activation Data Communication Link To Be Installed On The City Council Server Using Fiber Optic Infrastructure, With Provision Of The Necessary Equipment To Execute The Service And Technical Support, E) Distribution To Other Computers Within The City Council Premises , Without Changing The Contracted Value. With 200Mbps Symmetrical Upload And Download Speed.
