The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 25 Brand-New Cars, One Make And One Model, Compliant With The Ordering Partys Requirements Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Particular Adapted For Examination For Category B Driving License And Equipped With An Electrical Installation Adapted To Connect Image Recording Devices And Audio Of The Practical Examination, In Accordance With The Requirements Of This Swz With Annexes. 2. On The Day Of Their Delivery To The Ordering Party, The Cars Should Be Equipped In Accordance With The Content Of Annex 1 To The Swz And Adapted To Install The Ordering Partys Devices Recording The Image And Sound Of The Category B Driving License Examinations. Complete Equipment Is A Requirement For Every Car. 3. The Cars That Are The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New And Manufactured No Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Delivery Of The Cars. 4. The Contractor Is Required To Ensure That The Offered Brand And Model Of The Vehicle Will Be Produced For At Least The Next 24 Months (Does Not Apply To Facelift Changes). 5.
