In The Procurement, We Are Looking For One (1) Main Responsible Supplier Who Is Responsible For The Overall Solution And Related Services. The Procurement Unit Reserves The Right To Select A Substitute Supplier In Addition To The Main Supplier Based On The Final Offers. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Acquire A Unified Digital Transaction Platform For The Welfare Region Of Lapland To Serve The Needs Of Customers And Employees. In Connection With The Foundation Of The Welfare Area, Several Separate And Overlapping Business Solutions Have Been Transferred To It, Which Do Not Form A Clear Whole. With A Competitive Negotiation Procedure, The Welfare Area Tries To Find The Business Platform Solution Model That Best Suits Its Needs. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Participation Appendix 1 Object Of The Procurement And Project Description. The Fixed Duration Of The Agreement Is Two (2) Years From The Signing Of The Agreement. After The Fixed Duration, The Contract Continues Indefinitely.
