One (1) Central Control Station (Csc) Which Will Include The Installation Of A Central Control System Which Aims To Gather All The Data From The Local Facilities And To Their Overall Processing For The Purpose Of Energy Management Of The System, Immediate And Comprehensive Presentation Of Water Balances, Data Analysis For Stock Management, Strategy Formulation, Demand Forecasting, Decision Support And Water Resources Operating Rules. 3. Communications Network For The Telecommunication Of The Open Channel Local Measuring Stations (Lcms) With The Kse Consisting Of The Necessary Communication Hardware And Software.
