Placement Services Of Personnel - Providing Services Consisting In Providing Specialists To Carry Out Tasks In The Field Of Modification And Development Of It Systems And E-Services.. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Services Consisting In Providing Specialists To Carry Out Tasks In The Field Of Modification And Development Of It Systems And E-Services Provided By These Systems As Part Of Maintaining The Continuity Of Their Operation Or Implementing It Projects. Specialists Will Carry Out Tasks Related To Introducing Changes Related To Maintaining Business Continuity, Including: Code Optimization, Removing Errors And Introducing Changes To New Functionalities In Existing It Systems Or E-Services Or Implementing New E-Services. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide It Specialists With Specific Qualifications And Experience, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz/Appendix No. 1 To The Draft Framework Agreement And Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Executive Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz /Appendix No. 2 To The Draft Framework Agreement. Executive Agreements Will Be Concluded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement During Its Validity Period, I.E. Within 4 Years From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement Or Until The Maximum Gross Value Of The Framework Agreement, Indicated In § 3 Section 1 Of The Draft Framework Agreement (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz), If This Event Occurs Before The Expiry Of The Above-Mentioned Period.
