Computer Archiving Services – Preparation And Delivery Of The Customers Esdh System To The National Archives. The Ministry Of Defense And Subordinate Authorities Are Faced With Periodic Submissions Of Data From The Current Esdh System To The National Archives. The Norwegian Armed Forces Esdh Solution Is Currently Based On Workzone 2022.2. Submissions Must Be Able To Be Completed From This And Newer Versions Of Workzone. Supplier Management, As Well As The Task Of Cleaning Up And Preparing The Armed Forces Databases Prior To The Rendering Of Documents And Final Delivery To The National Archives, Is Coordinated From And By The Armed Forces. The Task Covered By The Agreement Concerns The Establishment Of An Archive Version, Including Receiving Data And Files, Rendering Data And Files, Correcting Errors And Handing Over The Final Archive Version To The National Archives, Cf. Order No. 128 Of 12 February 2020 On Archiving Versions. Delivery To The National Archives Is Expected To Begin With The First Start Of Delivery In Early 2025. The First Four Databases Must Be Delivered To The National Archives At The End Of 2025. The Scope And Size Of The Individual Databases Currently Range From 45,000 To 315,000 Cases, From 1.9 Million To 9.6 Million Documents. During The Term Of The Agreement, Additional Deliveries May Be Purchased, Which Are Currently Unknown. The Databases Contain Classified Data, Which Is Why It Is Required That The Supplier And The Employees Relevant To The Fulfillment Of The Contract Can Obtain The Security Approval At Security Level Confidential (Ftr). The Rendering Must Take Place On A Separate Stand Alone Server Environment Established By The Norwegian Armed Forces. Prior To Carrying Out The Delivery Task, The Supplier Must Specify The Extent And Type Of Hardware And Software Relevant To The Solution Of The Task For Use In The Separate Server Environment. The Server Environment Must Be Established By The Supplier. The Hardware Is Purchased And Owned By The Armed Forces And, In Connection With The Termination Of The Agreement, Must Be Uninstalled And Taken Down By The Supplier And Returned To The Armed Forces At The Suppliers Expense.
