Tenders are invited for Service Provider for the Production of 3 Videos Scope of work The Terms of Reference (ToR) specifies the required work for the production of 3 videos with length between 4 and 5 minutes long focusing on: (1) Womens Empowerment in Leadership Towards Sustainability, (2) My community and my living ,(3) Business in the digital age The consultant is expected to: · Meet with the project team to understand the narrative and get accurate data to be used for the video; · Develop a proposal including technical aspect, timeline, and cost for the production of the video; · Develop a detailed storyboard concept(s) and script to present and share with the project team; · Deliver original artwork and video files of the product; · Be responsible for sounds, editing, narration, subtitling , dubbing, etc. · To update UPWD with work progress via email or meeting (if necessary/urgent); and · Ensure the final video product is of high quality (with Khmer and English subtitles and finalized with UPWD team. · Will provide 1 hard drive for keep these 3 videos The scope of video will include: · Narrative story telling approach 1 Application deadline for video production 30th April 2 Committee select applications 2 th May 3 Final select producer 04th May 4 1 Video Script writing/work plan for video 13th May 5 First draft of script video 18st May 6 Second draft with revision of script video 20th May 7 Final video with final revision 27th May Note for 2 Video more, UPWD will discuss detail about the deadline with service provider Start of contract: 03st May, 2024 Completion of the work: 27th May, 2024 Target locations: The consultants will be working in Phnom Penh.
