Tenders are invited for Provision of Supplying Materials for FSF External Anticorrosive Coating Maintenance. Technical Proposal Envelope Contain the Following: 1.1. Submit color copy of all companys legal document as the following: a. For Iraqi local companies should submit color copy of the Valid ID (Ministry of Planning ID or Chamber of Commerce ID). b. For Foreign companies should submit copy of all registration documents belonging for their company from their countries in English language, or the registration documents in Iraq c. Bidders must submit tax ID. 1.2. The winner company shall provide the original documents before award the project. 1.3. The supplier should provide Scope of Supply (SOS) includes (materials, details, delivery duration). 1.4. The contract duration will be 3 firm years. 1.5. The bidders should submit a complete technical offer including a detailed explanation of the specification for the required materials (as required in the attached SOS), and must comply with the specifications mentioned in the scope of supply. If there are no technical details in the offer, the proposal will be considered technically unqualified.
