1) The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Including Repairs Of Defects And Potholes In The Czernica Commune, In Accordance With The Terms Of Reference And Technical Specification.2) The Estimated Amount Of Material To Be Built In Is Approx. 350 Tons, The Material Is Provided By The Contractor.3) The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Two Stages: A) Stage I - Approx. 300 Tons; B) Stage Ii - Approx. 50 Tons.4) Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Polish Standards, Sst And Principles Of Technical Knowledge And With Due Diligence In Relation To Them Performance, Safety, Good Quality And Proper Organization.
