The Subject Of The Order For The Proceedings In Question Is The Performance Of Works Based On Technical Designs Retrofitting Hot Water Installations, Central Heating And A Gas Boiler, As Well As An Internal Gas Installation In Premises No. 1, 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14 In The Building At Ul. . Chłopickiego 6A And Retrofitting Hot Water, Central Heating And Gas Boiler Installations In Premises No. 3 In The Building At Ul. 22 Contacts.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Performance Of Works In The Field Of Sanitary Installations: A) Retrofitting With A Hot Water And Central Heating Installation, B) Retrofitting With A Dual-Function Gas Furnace, C) Installation Of A Concentric Air-Combustion Duct For A Gas Furnace, D) Construction/Modernization Of The Existing Internal Gas Installation, E) Construction/Modernization Of The Existing Ventilation; 2) Performance Of Works In The Electrical Industry: A) Construction Of Additional/Replacement Electrical Power Supply For A Combi Boiler, B) As-Built Measurements Of The Efficiency Of The Installation Supplying The Combi Gas Furnace; 3) Performance Of Construction Works In The General Construction Industry: A) Masonry Repair Works After Completed Sanitary And Electrical Installations, B) Repair Works After Dismantling Existing Heat Sources, 4) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Works Concern The Building Of Active Facilities.4. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In: Design Documentation With Bills Of Quantities And Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz.5. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Material And Financial Schedule (Detailing Each Premises), Which Will Constitute Annex 4 To The Contract And Will Be Updated On An Ongoing Basis If The Applicable Schedule Becomes Inconsistent With The Actual Progress Of Work Or The Contractors Obligations.6. Information About The On-Site Visit (Staircases And The External Area Near The Buildings): 1) The Ordering Party Does Not Condition The Possibility Of Submitting An Offer On The Contractors Participation In The On-Site Visit. The Ordering Party Allows And Recommends Carrying Out A Site Visit Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers In Order To Check The Conditions Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Leaves It To The Contractor To Decide Whether To Conduct A Site Visit. The Cost Of The On-Site Visit Is Borne By The Contractor. An On-Site Visit Can Be Carried Out After Prior Arrangement Of The Date. The Interested Contractor Will Be Obliged To Send At Least Two Business Days In Advance The Proposed Date Of The On-Site Visit And A List Of People (Name And Surname) Who Are To Participate In The Visit In Electronic Form. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide Explanations During The On-Site Visit - The Visit Is Intended To Show The Facilities. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Carrying Out An On-Site Visit From Monday To Friday, From 9:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. (The Date Of The On-Site Visit Will Ultimately Be Indicated By The Ordering Party). Due To The Fact That The Premises Are Inhabited, It Is Not Possible To Enter The Premises.2) If One Of The Contractors Submits A Request For An On-Site Inspection, The Ordering Party Will Immediately Notify The Other Contractors Of Its Date.
