The Detailed Scope Of The Order Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Documentation Attached To The Swz, I.E. Bill Of Quantities, Contract Template, Construction Design, Technical Descriptions Constituting Annexes To The Swz. However, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Bills Of Quantities Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature For The Contractor And Do Not Constitute The Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer. Providing The Bills Of Quantities Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Calculate The Offer Price Based On Technical Specifications And From The Obligation To Take Into Account All Works And Costs, Including Those Not Provided For In The Bill Of Quantities.
