The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Including The Reconstruction Of Fire Partition Walls And The Installation Of Smoke Removal Systems For Two Staircases In The School Building On The Premises Of The Youth Educational Center.2. The School Building Referred To In Section 1, Is Located On Plot No. 193 Am 6, Precinct 0002 In Szklarska Poręba, Ul. Górna 29. The Reconstructed Building Is A Four-Story School Building With A Partial Basement, Built Using Traditional Brick Technology. The Reconstruction Is Dictated By The Need To Improve The Fire Protection Parameters Of The Building As Part Of The Obligations Imposed By The Decision Of The Municipal Commander Of The State Fire Service In Jelenia Góra No. 139/2014 Of June 24, 2014. The Decision Requires That Two Staircases Of The School Building, Which Constitute Vertical Escape Routes, Be Protected Against Smoke. In Order To Separate The Staircases As Vertical Escape Routes, Separating Walls With Fire Resistance Of Rei 60 Will Be Constructed, And The Openings Will Be Closed With Eis 60 Doors. Smoke Removal From The Staircases Will Be Ensured By Smoke Exhaust Windows, And Air Inflow Will Be Provided By Fans Located In The External Walls.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Scope Of Work Necessary To Be Performed Is Included In The Design And Technical Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: A) Architectural And Construction Design; B) Technical Design; C) Decision No. 752/2021 Of December 3, 2021. Starosta Of The Karkonosze Mountains On Approval Of The Land Development Design And Architectural And Construction Design And Granting A Building Permit; D) Bill Of Quantities; E) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.
