1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Swimming Pool Chemicals For Water Treatment For The Indoor Swimming Pool In The Wałbrzych Sports And Recreation Center Aqua – Zdrój At Ul. Ratuszowa 6 In Wałbrzych. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Collection Of Containers/Canisters For Used Chemicals.2. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Secure The Goods In The Warehouse Necessary In Emergency Situations, Which Will Be Delivered At The Ordering Partys Request Within 12 Hours. From Placing The Order - In Accordance With Annex No. 1B To The Swz. The Ordering Party Will Award The Offer Additional Points For The Emergency Delivery Date. The Ordering Party Requires In Stock: 1) Sodium Hypochlorite - 8 Barrels With A Capacity Of 35 Kg; 2) Preparation For Destroying Chlorine In Swimming Pool Water - 2 Packages (5 Kg Each), 3) Agent For Maintaining A Neutral Ph Value In Swimming Pool Water (Sulfuric Acid) - 4 Barrels Of 40 Kg, 4) Highly Concentrated Agent In The Form Of Granules Or Tablets - Agent For Shock Chlorination Of Swimming Pool Water - 2 Packages (5 Kg Package), 5) Tablets For Measuring The Ph Value And Chlorine - 3 Packages (250 Pcs. Package) 3. A Detailed Description Of The Item Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz (Assortment Forms - Pricing).4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers.5. The Delivered Products Must Be: - Free From Physical Defects, Brand New, I.E. They Must Have Intact Features Of The Original Packaging, Which Is Intended To Protect Them Against Destruction Or Deterioration Of Their Quality During Transport Or Use, - Be Labeled With Data (Appropriate To The Delivered Assortment To Which It Applies), Which Will Confirm The Name And Manufacturer, Method Of Use, Composition, Size, I.E. Capacity, Weight Or Grammage, And Shelf Life, Which Is To Be No Shorter Than 12 Months From The Date Of Their Delivery To The Ordering Party. 6. The Product Quantities Indicated In The Product And Price Form Are Approximate Quantities, Determined On The Basis Of Consumption Over The Last 12 Months And Expected Demand. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Ordered Product, Either To Increase Or Reduce Its Quantity, While Maintaining The Total Value Of The Subject Of The Order Unchanged, Which Will Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract. 7. The Contractor Will Provide All Documents Confirming The Quality Of The Supplied Assortment (Technical Sheets, Certificates, Approvals, Safety Data Sheets, Etc.) Specified In The Assortment And Price Form To The Ordering Party Before Signing The Contract.
