1. The Subject Of Part 1 Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 7,000 Pairs Of Rank Insignia For Khaki Uniforms (Sheaths), Including: A) The Delivery Of 4,500 Of The Above. Signs - As Part Of The Basic Order; B) Delivery Of A Maximum Of 2,500 Pairs Of The Above. Signs - As Part Of An Order Covered By Option Law. 2. The Items Delivered As Part Of The Order Must Come From Current Production, Be New And Comply With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 3. Before Submitting The Offer, The Contractor May Inspect At The Ordering Partys Office (00-463 Warszawa, Ul. Podchorążych 38) Patterns Of Step Signs Currently Used By Border Guard Officers (After Prior Arrangement Of The Date Of The Visit With The Person Authorized To Communicate With The Contractors). 4. The Contractor Selected During The Public Procurement Procedure Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party (According To The Scope Of The Tender Submitted By Him). 5. After Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Template Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Required Documents - In Accordance With The Content Of §2 Of The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz - Within A Time Constituting A Maximum Of Half Of The Period In Which The Contractor Undertakes To Complete The Basic Order In The Offer. 6. The Contractor Will Complete The Basic Order Within 60 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, And If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right - The Contractor Will Execute The Option Within 60 Days From The Date Of Submission By The Ordering Party Of The Declaration On Exercising The Option Right, With The Deadline Order Execution Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers. 7. The Minimum Required Warranty Period Is 24 Months From The Date Of Its Release From The Warehouse For Use, While The Period Of Its Storage By The Ordering Party In The Warehouse Is A Maximum Of 5 Years. If Items Of Uniform Are Released For Use After The Expiry Of The Storage Period, The Warranty Referred To Above Does Not Apply. The Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers.
