The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Investment Construction Or Reconstruction Of Access Roads To Agricultural And Forest Land And Access Roads To The Buildings Of Individual Consolidation Participants From The Operation Entitled: Consolidation Agricultural Land In The Village Of Turza, Łazy Commune, Zawiercie County As Part Of The Sub-Measure Support For Investments Related To The Development, Modernization And Adaptation Of Agriculture And Forestry Covered By The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020. The Subject Of The Order Concerns In Particular The Design And Implementation Of Works Construction Including: 1) Construction Of A New Road, 2) Clearing Or Construction And Reconstruction Of Culverts Under The Roads, 3) Construction And Reconstruction Of Public And Individual Exits, 4) Clearing Of Greenery Colliding With The Investment, 5) Reconstruction And Protection Of The Existing Infrastructure. Detailed Description Of The Order Defines The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Two Stages And Includes In Particular: 1) Stage I: Based On The Functional And Utility Program, Preparation Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Investment In Question, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Decisions For Their Implementation (Building Permits And/Or Notification Of Construction Works). ,2) Stage Ii: Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Prepared Design Documentation And Technical Specifications; The Order Includes The Designers Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works At Stage Ii.
