The Subject Of The Public Contract Are Services Consisting In Ensuring The Operation Of The System Of Collection, Collection, Transport, Sorting, Utilization Of Waste Or Disposal Of Municipal Waste. The Subject Of Services For Natural Persons And Originators Involved In The Citys Waste Management System Is: A) Regular Collection And Energy Utilization/Removal Of All Mixed Municipal Waste, Cat. Number 200301 House To House According To Annex No. 1 Of The Contract From The Territory Of The City Of Chýně B) Regular Collection And Material Utilization Of All Biodegradable Waste, Cat. Number 200201 House To House According To Annex No. 1 Of The Contract From The Territory Of The City Of Chýně. C) Regular Collection And Material Utilization Of All Plastic Cat. No. 200139 Mixed With Composite And Beverage Cartons Cat. No. 20010101 House To House According To Annex No. 1 Of The Contract From The Territory Of The City Of Chýně. D) Regular Collection And Material Use Of Paper And Cardboard, Cat. No. 200101 House To House According To Annex No. 1 Of The Contract From The Territory Of The City Of Chýně. E) Regular Collection And Material Use Of All Glass, Cat. Number 200102, From All Collection Nests According To Annexes No. 1 And 2 Of The Contract (Containers Owned By The City). F) Upon Order, Collection And Energy Utilization/Removal Of Bulky Waste, Cat. Number 200307, ​​From The Bulk Container According To Appendix No. 1 From The Collection Point (The Container Is Owned By The Supplier). G) Regular Collection And Material Utilization Of All Textile Material Cat. No. 200111 Together With Clothing Cat. No. 200110 From The Collection Point According To Annexes No. 1 And 2 Of The Contract (Containers Owned By The City). H) Processing Of Reports For The Authorized Packaging Company Eko-Kom, A.S. The Statement Will Be Submitted To The Customer By The 10Th Calendar Day Of The Month Following The End Of The Calendar Quarter. I) Keeping Continuous Records Of Received Waste, According To Decree No. 383/2001 Coll., On The Details Of Waste Management, As Amended. This Record Will Be Handed Over To The Customer By The 20Th Of The Following Calendar Month For The Previous Month In Xlsx Format And By January 20 Of The Calendar Year For The Previous Year In The Data Standard Of The Integrated System For Fulfillment Of Reporting Obligations (Ispop). This Record Will Be Submitted To The Customer For Approval And Sent As A Report On Waste Production And Waste Management In The Current Ispop Data Standard. J) Loading, Exporting And Forwarding Monthly Statements For All Collection Containers According To The Customers Instructions. Scanning Collection Containers Using An Rfid Chip Reader. Online Reader Connection For Payment Registration. K) Outputs From Sw Records Of The Service Provider In *.Xlsx Format According To The Attached Sample (Appendix No. 4 Of The Contract), Delivered And Uploaded To The Citys Website Within 24 Hours Of Collection Or, Alternatively, The Possibility Of Providing Open Data Online During Binding, Which Will Can Be Immediately Transmitted To Citizens. More Details On The Subject Of Performance Are Given In The Appendices: Appendix No. 1 – Draft Contract And Appendix No. 5 – List And Price List Of Procurement Documentation Services.
