Request for proposals are invited for Audit Proposal-STREAM II Year one Program -Mercy Corps South Sudan Consultant Firm to Carry out an Auditing of Stream Ii Year One Program in Greater Mundri Counties Western Equotaria State South Sudan. Interested Firms could Fill the Attached the Supplier Information Form and Submit Together with Their Proposal before or on 25th April. 2024. Mercy Corps in South Sudan is seeking a registered consultancy firm with experience in South Sudan to audit the Strengthening Resilience in Agriculture, Livelihoods and Markets (STREAM) Phase 2 program being implemented in Mundri in Western State Equatoria of South Sudan, funded by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). The Terms of Reference (ToR) is attached. Interested consultancy firms are required to fill supplier Information form and submit it together with their proposal online to [email protected] and copy [email protected] before or on April. 25th, 2024. Offers submitted after the closing date will not be accepted. Selection Criteria: Each of the criteria below forms the basis for the selection of the successful firm for the consultancy. 1. The firm must submit valid legal certificates-Registration, Tax certificate, and any other relevant certificates. 2. The firm must have experience in the audit of Food Security and Livelihood programs. 3. The firm must have experience in the audit of NGOs funded Programs/projects. 4. The firm must have qualified and experienced staff who will conduct the audit (copies of the CVs must be shared). 5. The firm must submit the proposed audit duration (period may not exceed 4 weeks). 6. The firm must submit its quotation in USD. 7. The quotation should clarify the terms on accommodation, flight, per diem etc. 8. The firm must state the terms of payments. 9. The firm must submit contacts of current and previous clients.
