Tenders are invited for Construction Work on the Djibouti Supreme Court. Work description General earthworks and external works Superstructure work Masonry Plumbing Electricity Insulation and waterproofing Interior finishes Exterior finishes The Bidding Documents in French and English may be consulted free of charge or withdrawn by any interested bidder at the address below against a nonrefundable payment of FIFTY THOUSAND (50,000) Djibouti francs (DJF). Payment will be made in cash. Tenderers must have the necessary references and technical and financial capacity to carry out activities similar to those covered by the contract, asspecified in the tender documents(see tender documentsfor details). Qualification requirements are: have achieved over the last five years(2018, 2019 , 2020, 2021 and 2022) or ( 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023) an average annual turnover from commercial activities of an amount greater than or equal to : FIVE MILLION (5,000,000) USD or Eight hundred and ninetyfive million (895,000,000) DJF have achieved over the last five years (2018, 2019 , 2020, 2021 and 2022) at least two (02) similar projects, each covering a total gross surface area of at least 2000 m².
