Expression of Interest are invited for Construction of Mooring Facilities at Kpakiama 4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Procurement department in Room D, NIWA Headquarters Lokoja, Kogi State upon presentation of evidence of payments of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 per lot, paid in favour of National Inland Waterways Authoritys Remita account in any commercial bank (for prequalification and invitation to tender only). INVITATION TO TENDER Prospective bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with softcopy of the financial bid in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed and clearly marked as Technical Bid and Financial Bid. Thereafter, the two sealed envelopes should be put together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to The Managing Director, National Inland Waterway Authority, Headquarters, Adankolo New Layout, Lokoja, Kogi State and clearly marked with the title of the project and lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and b dropped in the designated Tender Box in Room D, Block D of the Procurement Department at NIW Headquarters, Lokoja, Kogi State not later than 12:00noon on Monday 13th May, 2024. INVITATION TO TENDER The technical bids will be opened immediately after the closure of submission at 12:00 noon on Monday 13th May, 2024 at the Conference Hall of NIWA Headquarters, Lokoja in the presence of observers, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
