1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Creation Of 19 New Care Places For Children Up To 3 Years Old In The Municipal Nursery At Ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 18B In Bierutów. The Task Will Be Implemented In The Building Of The Municipal Kindergarten In Bierutów, Located On Plot No. 74 Am 22, Bierutów District. 2. Task Titled Creation Of 19 New Care Places For Children Up To 3 Years Old In The Municipal Nursery At Ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 18B In Bierutów Was Co-Financed From Eu Funds, From The National Reconstruction Program, Additionally From The State Budget To Finance Vat Under The Maluch+ Program 2022-2029.3. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Delivery And Installation Of The First Equipment, Including: A) Cloakroom Equipment , B) Equipment For The Playroom And Additional Toilet Equipment, C) Delivery Of Toys, D) Delivery Of Kitchen Utensils, E) Equipment For The Social Room, F) Delivery Of Kitchen Equipment. 2) Delivery And Installation Of Specialized Equipment And Tools For Identifying Developmental And Educational Needs And Opportunities Mental And Physical Health Of Children; 3) Delivery And Installation Of Aids For Conducting Care, Upbringing And Educational Activities. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In This Procedure And The Minimum Technical Parameters Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Table Entitled Technical Specification Of Order Elements. 5. All Order Elements Listed In Annex 4 To The Swz, In The Table Technical Specification Of Order Elements Should Be Brand New. The Term Factory New Means Products Made Of New Elements, Without Traces Of Damage, In The Manufacturers Original Packaging With A Visible Logo, Product Symbol And Expiration Date, If Required. 6. The Equipment Must Meet The Requirements In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of July 10, 2014 On The Premises And Sanitary Requirements That Must Be Met By The Premises In Which A Nursery Or Childrens Club Is To Be Run (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 72).
