1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Catering Services For The Needs Of The Provincial Labor Office In Gdańsk In 2024, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party. By Providing Catering Services, The Ordering Party Understands The Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of Meals In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Provision Of Catering Services Will Be Based On Individual Orders Issued By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract, As Part Of Organized Meetings.2. The Ordering Party Expects To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order In 14 (Fourteen) Meetings In Gdańsk And 1 (One) Meeting In Słupsk.3. The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In A Place And In Quantities Other Than Those Indicated In Section 2., After Agreement Between The Parties.4. The Number (Size) And Type Of The Ordered Sets Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, Therefore The Number Of Sets And The Number Of Meetings Indicated In The Offer Form Are The Expected Values. Orders Placed By The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Agreement May Differ Numerically For Individual Sets From The Numbers Given In The Offer Form (They May Be Larger, Smaller Or Not Occurring At All, And The Number Of Meetings May Be Larger Or Smaller), But The Total Value Of The Agreement Will Not Exceed The Total Price Included In The Selected Contractors Offer. 5. Settlement Between The Parties Will Be Made In Accordance With The Actual Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Product Of The Number Of Catering Sets Delivered (Indicated In The Order) And The Value Of One Set - In Accordance With The Contractors Offer. The Ordering Party Allows For A Reduction In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To Above, With The Reduction Of Remuneration Amounting To A Maximum Of 30% In Relation To The Total Remuneration Of The Contractor Specified In Section 4 Over.6. The Unit Price Of The Set Must Include All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.
