Tenders Are Invited For Providing Mass Catering Services With The Distribution Of Meals For Hospitalized Patients Of The District Health Center In Kamienna Góra Sp. Z O. O.
The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Mass Catering Services Along With The Distribution Of Meals For Hospitalized Patients Of The District Health Center In Kamienna Góra Sp. Z O. O. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: - Preparation Of Daily Meals For Patients, Taking Into Account Individual Diets, - Distribution Of Meals In A Tray System To Individual Departments, - Serving And Collecting Trays From Patients And Transporting Them To The Kitchen After Finishing The Meal, - Disposal Of Leftovers And Post-Consumer Waste, - Washing Dishes, Trolleys And Equipment In A Dishwasher, - Keeping The Kitchen And Facilities Clean As Well As Storing Equipment And Devices For Distributing Meals, - Preparing Daily Menus And Sending Them To Departments, - Preparing Decade Menus Along With Determining The Caloric Content Of Meals. Mass Catering Services Will Be Provided At The Ordering Partys Premises. The Ordering Party Will Rent A Hospital Kitchen Room With Equipment To The Contractor In Order To Provide The Service. The Hospital Kitchen Rooms And Equipment Will Be Transferred On The Basis Of A Lease Agreement. The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Provide The Service In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular Sanitary Regulations Regarding Collective Catering And Others, - Organizing The Work System In A Way That Ensures Special Care And Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Volume Iii Of The Specification Of The Terms Of Order.
