1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Decision Issued By The Tatra Staroste On A Construction Permit Covering The Construction Of A Multi-Family (Social) Building Along With Infrastructure And Land Development, To The Extent Enabling Obtaining An Occupancy Permit In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Its Operation Within The Framework Of Implementation Of Task No. 2020/03 Construction Of A Residential Building At Ul. Kasprowicz” In Zakopane.2. The Scope Of Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Residential Building With Complete Internal Installations And Equipment Specified In The Project, 2) Development Of The Adjacent Area, In Particular Construction Of An Internal Road, Sidewalks, Parking Spaces, Garbage Shelter, Fencing, 3) Construction Storm Sewage Network With A Rainwater Tank, 4) Construction Of A Connection To The Electricity, Telecommunications, Water And Sanitary Sewage Networks. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, The Template Of The Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 4. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Design Documentation Or Stwiorb, I.E. The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Includes A Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. Due To The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In These Documents Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, Appropriate Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.6. The Offered Devices And Equivalent Materials Must Have Appropriate Certificates Or Approvals For Commercial Trading As Required By Law. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works Corresponding To The Scope Specified In The Presented Design. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide At Least A 36-Month Warranty For The Construction Works Covered By The Subject Order.9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Material And Financial Schedule For The Performance Of Works In Accordance With The Principles Specified In The Contract Template.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach A Priced List Of The Assortment Of Works To The Offer.
