Cleaning And Conservation Service For The City Council Building, Garden And Patio - Gardening Services Including: Monthly Mowing Of Lawns, Pruning Of Hedges, Ornamental And Arboreal Trees At The Indicated Seasons Using Appropriate Techniques And Equipment; Fertilization And Correction Of Soil Acidity Through The Application Of Dolomitic Limestone, Chemical Fertilizers Or Organic Fertilizers, In The Quantities Indicated By A Qualified Professional And Using Appropriate Techniques; Mechanical Or Manual Irrigation, To Be Carried Out According To Rainfall And Soil Moisture Requirements; Control Of Fungi, Insects, Nematodes And Weeds Through The Application Of Fungicides, Acaricides And Insecticides, In The Quantities Indicated By A Qualified Professional And The Use Of Appropriate Techniques; Cleaning And Maintenance, Consisting Of Sweeping At Least 03 (Three) Times A Week Or When There Is A Service Order From The Administration, Collection And Disposal Of Collected Waste In An Appropriate Location Determined By The Contracting Party; Washing Sidewalks And Others; Cleaning Garage Sidewalks; Cleaning Of Water Collection Ditches And Grates; Removal Of Leaves And Dirt Located On The Garden Floor.
