Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification Code: 09123000-7, 65200000-5. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Gaseous Fuel, Hereinafter Referred To As Fuel, To The Consumption Points Of The University Of Gdańsk, In The Amount Of 3,371,000 Kwh. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Amount Of Fuel Specified In Point 2 Is An Expected (Estimated) Amount, Not Binding On The Ordering Party And May Be Changed. The Actual Amount Of Fuel Delivered Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. 4. The Actual Amount Of Fuel Delivered Will Result From The Current Readings Of The Measurement Systems At Each Consumption Point And May Increase Or Decrease Depending On The Actual Consumption. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Fuel. The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Quantities Of Fuel Actually Consumed. 5. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 6. The Planned Consumption Of Gas Fuel Broken Down By Month Is Specified In Annex 1B To The Swz. 7. The List Of The Employers Facilities Along With The Collection Points Is Set Out In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 8. The Number Of Fuel Collection Points May Be Changed By Increasing Or Decreasing The Number Of Consumption Points (Point Elimination), Within The Range Of +/- 16% (I.E. By 1 Consumption Point). 9. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Ordered Power With A Change In The Tariff Group, Provided That The Dso Gives Consent, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Instruction For Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network (Iriesd). 10. The Ordering Party Informs That In The Light Of The Act On Special Solutions For The Protection Of Gas Fuel Consumers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market In Force From January 26, 2022 (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 202), The Entire Volume Of The Ordered Gas Fuel Is Subject To Tariff Protection.
