This Qsq Is Designed To Allow For The Provision Of Consultancy Support And Advice In Order To Pre-Qualify The Applicant Must Demonstrate Their Competency Associated With Delivering Of The Contract`S Requirements. It Is Envisaged That The Scope Of The Procurement Consultancy Work We Are Looking For Will Include But Not Be Limited To: • Advice On Procurement Procedures In Line With National And Eu Regulation • Identification Of The Appropriate Procurement Approach • Preparation Of Procurement Documents • Supporting Requests For Information • The Administrative And Legal Side Of Defining The Award Criteria And Evaluation Methodology, Including Pre-Qualification Questionnaire • Supporting The Evaluation Process • Informing Unsuccessful Bidder Procurement Support And Advisory Services The Requirements For Services Under This Qsq Will Be Contained Within The Associated Competitive Tenders To Successful Applicants Appointed To The System. Applicants Should Note That From Time To Time Over The Term Of The Qsq, The Contracting Entity, At Its Sole Discretion But Without Altering The Overall Nature Of The Qsq, May Require To Modify The Scope Of Its Requirements To Reflect Changes In The Services Required. Applications Received Will Be Evaluated Following On From The Submission Date In B1 And Every Six Months Thereafter.
