The building should be in Petite Rivière where public bus transport is easily available, with easy access by the public, must be disabled-friendly, easy access for vehicles, have parking facilities for at least 2 vehicles, have toilet facilities, main circulation area i.e., lobby, kitchen waiting area, essential amenities such as water, telephone, electricity, lightings, power points, air conditioning, partitioning, fire extinguishers and safety signs, openings fitted with Burglar proof and blinds/curtains.
