Tenders are invited for Rights for Collection of Maintenance Charges from the visitors of Bagh-eQuaid-i-Azam and Quaid-iAzam Mazar. Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, methods of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid Validity, opening of bids, evaluation criteria, clarification / rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc. are available for the interested bidders at Office Resident Engineer, Quaid-i-Azam Mazar Management Board (QMMB) Karachi opposite Bab-e-Tanzeem Extension M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi-05. Bidding documents can be purchased during office working hours, upon a written request on company letter head with payment of Rs. 3000/- (Non-Refundable) against each tender in shape of Pay Order / Bank Draft in the favour of the Honorary Treasurer QMMB. Following documents are required to be submitted alongwith the bid: i). Pay Order of 05% of annual quoted amount in favour of Honorary Treasurer Quaid-i-Azam Mazar Management Board. ii). Attested copies of CNIC, active NTN and active SRB Certificates. iii). Attested copy Bank Statement of last one year. iv). Attested copy of partnership deed (if any).
