Air Conditioners Must Be New And Unused, As Well As Meet All Standards In The Republic Of Bulgaria, Respectively The European Union, Including In Terms Of Technical Operation, Fire Safety, Safety Standards And Connection To The Electrical Network. The Delivered Air Conditioners Must Be In Original Packaging With Intact Integrity And Accompanied By A Warranty Card. The Air Conditioners Specified In The Technical Specification Are Approximate. The Contracting Authority Will Periodically Declare With A Contract Letter The Delivery And Installation Of Air Conditioners, Reserving The Right Not To Declare Of All Types. Each Assignment Letter Will Also Describe The Specific Location Where The Air Conditioner Is To Be Installed. Places For Installation Of External And Internal Units Are Agreed In Advance With The Employer. All Costs For Delivery And Installation Of The Air Conditioners Should Be Included In The Proposed Price. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out Additional Assembly And Installation Activities If Necessary According To His Offer.
