Through This Competitive Selection Process, Bc Hydro Is Seeking A Single Supplier (The “Facilities Services Provider”) To Provide Facility Management And Coordination Of A Broad Range Of Facilities Management Services. Our Facilities Service Provider Will Play A Vital Role In Day-To-Day Management Of Bc Hydros Diverse Portfolio Of Facilities Across The Province Of British Columbia From Corporate Offices To Regional And District Mixed-Use Field Offices, To Non-Staffed Storage Sites, To Substations, To Generating Stations, Including Some Facilities In Remote Regions In The Province. We Are Seeking A Service Provider That Can Effectively And Efficiently Deliver Facility Management Services Across Our Broad Range Of Facilities To Required Service Levels, While Ensuring Compliance With Standards And Regulations, And Also Looking For Opportunities To Foster Innovation And Continuously Improve.The Contract Is Expected To Be For An Initial Term Of (7) Years, Which May Be Extended For Up To (13) Year(S) Through One Or More Contract Extensions, For A Potential Total Term Of (20) Years.This Opportunity Is Subject To Chapter 5 Of The Canadian Free Trade Agreement.All Responses Should Be In English.
