The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: - Dismantling Flashings Of Fire Walls, Eaves, Cornice Collars, Etc., - Preparing The Ground For Thermal Modernization Of The Roof, - Attaching Polystyrene Boards To Concrete With Plastic Dowels, - Covering The Roof With Thermally Weldable Felt, Processing Fire Walls With A Strip Of Roofing Felt. Heat-Welded, - Double Painting Of Cylindrical Ventilators, - Sheet Metal Work, - Insulation Of Chimneys, - Execution Of A Lightning Protection System (Removal Of Spacer Brackets, Disassembly Of Grounding And Lightning Conductors, Installation Of Horizontal Air Terminals Of The Lightning Protection System, Installation Of Control Connectors In The Grounding Installation). The Ordering Party Informs That The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed On An Active Facility, Therefore The Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Does Not Impede The Use Of The Facility And Is Not Inconvenient For Users. The Works Will Be Supervised By A Supervision Inspector. 2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1. Specifies: - Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Which Includes: Bill Of Quantities, Situational And Location Sketch Of The Facility, Outline Sketch Of The Planned Works; - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. Due To The Adopted Nature Of The Contractors Remuneration (Lump Sum), The Bill Of Quantities Has Only An Informative Function. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That Wherever In The Swz It Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. Due To The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, Technical Assessment, The Approval, Technical Specification, System Of Technical References Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Obligation To Submit In The Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And To Demonstrate Equivalence Lies With The Contractor. If The Requirements In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refer To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications, Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Present Evidence Of Equivalence In Its Offer In The Manner Specified In Art. 101 Section 5 And 6 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Quality Requirements In Connection With The Use Of The Price Criterion As A Criterion With A Weight Exceeding 60%, Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Were Specified In The Technical Specifications And The Draft Contract.
