1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Medical Equipment To The 115Th Military Hospital Of Sp Zoz In Hel, Divided Into 3 Packages: Package 1 - Retrofitting Equipment For Hospital Departments 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Required Parameters And Boundary Conditions Are Described In Annex No. 2 To Swz.3. The Equipment Offered By The Contractor As Part Of Individual Packages Must: • Be Approved For Trading And Use On The Polish Market, In Accordance With The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 974), • Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Swz, Including The Conditions Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Failure To Meet At Least One Of The Boundary Conditions Specified In Annex No. 2 Of The Swz Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer, • Be Brand New, Complete, Fully Functional, Must Meet Quality And Technical Standards Resulting From Function And Purpose, Must Be Free From Material, Construction And Physical Defects And Legal, Cannot Be Encumbered With Any Rights In Favor Of Third Parties, Cannot Be A Prototype, • Have The Necessary Instructions And Documentation In Polish. 4. Warranty Period – Minimum 24 Months.
