Work Detail
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Investment Project Titled: Renovation And Renovation Of The Attic Of The House With The Tower - Stage I. Task Carried Out As Part Of The Government Program For The Reconstruction Of Monuments No. Rpoz/2022/7373/Polskilad. Based On The Preliminary Promise Of July 25, 20232. The Implementation Of Construction Works At The Stage Covered By This Order Concerns The Renovation Of The Attic Within The Northern Wall Of The Building Of The Biecka Land Museum - House With Tower. 3. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: - Dismantling The Existing Lightning Protection System - Dismantling The Stone Elements Crowning The Attic - Cutting The Plasters On The Walls Of The Teeth To The Brick Base - Completing And Repairing The Brick Wall Of The Teeth Of The Attic - Carving And Grouting The Walls Of The Attic - Supplementing The Plasters - Installation Of Lightning Protection - Consolidation Coloring The Entire Wall By Painting It Twice. The Task Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Attached Architectural And Construction Design Along With A Conservation Work Program Containing A Detailed Scope And Method Of Carrying Out The Work. The Documentation Was Approved By Conservation Permit No. 268/2022 Of November 25, 2022, Reference Number Dns-Ii.5142.38.2022.Rk1. And Building Permit No. 634/2023 Of November 17, 2023, Ref. Ab.6740.748.2023. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Special Work Organization Because The Works Being The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out During The Operation Of The Museum And Next To A Busy Public Road. The Contractor Is Obliged To Appropriately Secure The Areas Covered By Construction And Conservation Works In Order To Enable The Facility To Operate In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, Taking Into Account The Continuity Of The Fire Protection System And The Visual And Alarm Monitoring Of The Facility, In Particular To Protect The Health And Life Of People Staying Around The Designated Work Area. As Well As Property Located In The Facility. It Is Necessary For The Contractor To Obtain The Temporary Traffic Organization Required By Road Traffic Regulations And A Decision On The Occupation Of The Road And Sidewalk, As Well As To Agree On Carrying Out Works In The Immediate Vicinity Of A Public Road. For The Duration Of The Works, The Contractor Will Ensure The Safety Of The Construction Area (In Particular: Fencing And Security), Keeping The Construction Site Free From Traffic Obstacles, And Storing All Auxiliary Devices, Equipment And Materials In Designated Places. Materials From Demolition Should Be Removed From The Construction Site On An Ongoing Basis. The Date Of Performing Dangerous, Noisy And/Or Burdensome Work Will Be Agreed Each Time With The Museum Director. If Necessary, The Ordering Party May Require Noisy And/Or Burdensome Work To Be Performed After The Facilitys Operating Hours. After Completing The Construction And Conservation Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With As-Built Documentation Of The Conservation Works In 2 Paper Copies And 1 Electronic Copy. 4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: - Performance Of All Necessary Auxiliary And Accompanying Works, As Well As Temporary And Other Works, Necessary And Omitted In The Valuation And Design Documentation, Within The Offer Price, - The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations (In In Particular The Construction Law, The Act On The Protection Of Monuments, The Environmental Protection Law, Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection And Industry Regulations), As Well As In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, As Well As With Due Diligence, Maintaining Proper Work Organization And Ensuring Good Quality. - The Materials Used By The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Brand New And Meet, In Terms Of Quality, The Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction, In Accordance With Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law And The Quality And Species Requirements Specified In The Conservation Work Program. - All Materials, Products And Devices Used Must Have Valid Documents (Certificates, Approvals And Declarations Of Conformity) Allowing For Use In Construction, In Accordance With The Regulations Applicable In This Respect And Must Be Consistent With The Conservation Work Program. - The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Work Performed And The Materials Used. Any Changes In This Respect Will Require Consultation With The Designer And The Provincial Office For The Protection Of Monuments In Krakow, Branch Office In Nowy Sącz. - At Each Request Of The Supervision Inspector, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present, In Relation To The Indicated Materials (National Declarations Of Conformity), Technical Approval And The Required Certificates (Safety Data Sheet), National Technical Assessment Issued By An Authorized National Institution. - Materials Recognized By The Ordering Party As Having Defects Or Inconsistent With The Conservation Work Program Must Be Immediately Removed By The Contractor From The Construction Site. The Contractor Has No Right To Perform Works Using Materials That Have Not Been Approved By The Supervision Inspector. - Additionally, During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have A Valid Insurance Policy Or Other Insurance Document Confirming That The Contractor Is Insured Against Civil Liability In The Scope Of His Business Activity. Insurance Sum Not Less Than 50% Of The Contract Value. A Copy Of The Document Will Be Presented By The Contractor Whose Offer Will Be Selected Before Signing The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Continuity Of Insurance Throughout The Entire Period Of Work. If The Policy Period Ends, The Contractor Will Immediately Provide Its Extension. Attention! The Bill Of Quantities Attached By The Ordering Party Specifies The Scope Of Works Covered By These Proceedings, And Is Of Indicative And Auxiliary Importance. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Its Own Determinations As To The Actual Scope Of Work Required To Achieve The Result And To Make Any Necessary Additions Or Changes. Attention ! The Detailed Scope Is Included In The Attached Technical Documentation (Within The Scope Of This Procedure) And Bill Of Quantities.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In: Annex. No. 1 - Technical Documentation Along With The Bill Of Quantities. Attachment. No. 6 - Important Contractual Provisions The Remaining Scope Of Construction Works Covered By The Attached Architectural And Construction Design Will Constitute The Scope Of A Separate Public Procurement Procedure.
