No. 155, Item 1298);2) Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Góra Commune In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 977, As Amended). ), And In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13 A, 13 B, 13 C, 13 D, 13 E, 13 F, 13 G And 13 M Together With The Implementing Provisions;3) Preparing A Justification For The General Plan In Accordance With Art. 13 H Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development; 4) Preparation Of Spatial Data For The General Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Spatial Development Planning Act; 5) Participation In The Procedure For Preparing A General Plan, Specified In Art. 13 And Section 3 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, Including Public Consultations Referred To In Art. 8 I, 8 J, And 8 K Of The Same Act; 6) Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including Preparing A Forecast Of The Environmental Impact Of The Draft General Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 3 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessment (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1094, As Amended).;7) Preparation Of Documents, Letters, Surveys, Geo-Surveys, Announcements, Notices, Notices And Other Documents In The Procedure Of Preparation General Plan, Specified In Art. 13 And Section 3 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Other Necessary Documents And Planning-Related Studies Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions. 8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Come To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party, On The Dates Set By Him, About Which The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor 14 Days In Advance In Order To Present The Draft General Plan To The Commune Urban Planning Commission And To The Councilors Of The Góra City Council.
