1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Community Center In Macierzysz, Ożarów Mazowiecki Commune. Part A: Delivery And Installation Of A Cooling System - Room Air Conditioners 2. A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Manufacturers Requirements, Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations, And In Compliance With Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Marked By The Producers In Such A Way That It Is Possible To Identify Both The Product And The Manufacturer.5. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Any Other Requirements Arising From Applicable Regulations And Be Admitted To Trading In The Eu. The Subject Of The Order Should Have A Ce Certificate And Be Approved For Use In Educational Institutions.6. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, In Original Packaging (If Available), Unused, Free From Defects And Damage, Not Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties And Not The Subject Of Exhibitions, Fairs And Presentations, Made Using Safe Technologies. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Complete And Ready For Use After Installation/Delivery, Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments (Apart From Typical Standardized Consumables). Folding Goods Or Goods With A More Complex Structure Should Have Instructions For Use In Polish And A Warning About Hazards.7. Before Delivering The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Appropriate Certificates, Certificates, Technical Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity Required By Law, And To Provide The Ordering Party With Photocopies Of These Documents. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Requirements Of Eu Standards.8. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Community Center In Macierzysz, Ul. Sochaczewska 89B, 05-850 Ożarów Mazowiecki. Note: The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Deliver The Purchased Goods, Including Unloading, Unpacking, Bringing Them To The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party And Their Assembly, At The Contractors Own Expense And Risk, At Hours And Days Agreed With The Ordering Party.9 . The Contractor Will Obtain Facilities For The Installation Of Devices On Its Own And At Its Own Expense And Will Insure The Work To The Necessary Extent.
