Concrete. The Building Of The Małopolska Teacher Training Center Located At Ul. Jagiellońska 61 Is Entered In The Provincial Register Of Monuments. The Ordering Party Has Decision No. 35/2023 Of February 10, 2023 Regarding The Building Permit. The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Replacement Of The Roof Hatch, 2) Reconstruction Of Chimneys With Insulation, 3) Preparation Of The Roof Surface For Painting, 4) Painting The Roof,5) Installing A Lightning Protection System For The Roof And Towers,6) Installing Hydro And Thermal Insulation Of The Walls,7) Rebuilding The External Stairs To The Underground Floor And Constructing A Roof Over The Stairs,8) Rebuilding The Basement Skylights,9) Replacing The Basement Windows,10) Replacing Cladding Of External Stairs And Landings From The Side.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz, I.E. In The Design Documentation (Except For The Scope Of Works Regarding The Buildings Facade, Which Is Not Included In The Scope Of This Procedure, In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior). The Ordering Party Informs That The Included In The Tender Procedure, The Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary/Informative Material (It Does Not Constitute An Element Of The Opz). The Bidder Should Check This Data (Bill Of Quantities) In Terms Of Quantity And Scope And Make Its Calculations Based On The Design Documentation Provided With The Swz Responsibility For The Validity And Correctness Of The Submitted Offer, Regardless Of The Items Of Work Included In The Bill Of Quantities. Note: The Design Documentation Includes The Scope Of Works Regarding The Buildings Façade, Which Is Not Included In The Scope Of This Procedure.
