1. The Order Covers The Implementation Of The Investment Titled: Construction Of Drinking Water Storage Tanks At Water Treatment Stations In The Iława Commune, In The Design And Build Formula. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation, Including The Construction Design And Technical Design With Detailed Detailed Design, Bills Of Quantities, Cost Estimates, Technical Specifications, Prepared On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program (Annex No. 8), Which Is A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Obtaining A Valid Building Permit/Acceptance Certificate Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works (If Applicable).2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Together With All Other Accompanying Works And Obtaining By The Contractor An Unconditional Permit To Use The Facility In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose And/Or A Certificate Of No Objection Issued Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 54 Section 2 Of The Construction Law Or Issued At The Request Of The Contractor After The Expiry Of The Deadline For Filing An Objection, Issued By The District Construction Supervision Inspector In The Scope Of The Order And Performing Authors Supervision On The Construction Site During The Implementation Of The Task. The Order Covers Ensuring The Continuity Of Supplies Of Water Intended For Consumption During Order Fulfillment.
