Or Geo-Referenced Photos That Pass On Facts From Agricultural Practice To The Paying Agency In An Unfalsified Manner. The App Should Be Available On Mobile Devices And Must Be Operational By The Beginning Of 2025. The Interface Configuration Between The App And The Paying Agent Must Also Have Taken Place By Then. The Contract Begins Immediately After The Contract Is Awarded. Adaptation Of The Software Must Begin Immediately After The Order Has Been Placed. The Software (App) Must Be Put Into Operation By January 1St, 2025 And Be Available For Use By Applicants. The Period From The Order Until December 31, 2024 Is Considered The Test Period. There Is No Separate Remuneration For The Test Period. The Contract Ends On December 31, 2027. The Client Can Extend The Contract By 36 Months By Unilateral Declaration. There Will Be No Adjustment Of The Remuneration. Details Are Regulated By The Contractual Evb-It Creation Conditions And The Service Description.
