The Objective Of The Dam Safety Review (Dsr) Is To Assess And Evaluate The Safety Of The Keho Lake Dam And Its Appurtenant Structures, Including Identification Of Dam Safety Deficiencies, Non-Conformances, And Operations, Maintenance And Surveillance (Oms) Issues, Along With Recommendations For Remediation And Risk Mitigation / Management. In General, The Dsr Shall Comply With The Requirements Of The: • Scope Of Work And Timelines As Outlined In The Attached Terms Of Reference (Tor); • Water (Ministerial) Regulation (253/2018) – Part 6; • Alberta Canal And Dam Safety Directive 2018; • Alberta Dam Safety Management Plan – Standards Document • Dam Safety Best Practices, Including Canadian Dam Association (Cda) Guidelines And Technical Bulletins.
