The Objective Of The Dam Safety Review (Dsr) Is To Assess And Evaluate The Safety Of The Jensen Dam And Its Appurtenant Structures, Including Identification Of Dam Safety Deficiencies, Non-Conformances, And Operations, Maintenance And Surveillance (Oms) Issues, Along With Recommendations For Remediation And Risk Mitigation / Management. In General, The Dsr Shall Comply With The Requirements Of The: • Scope Of Work And Timelines As Outlined In The Attached Terms Of Reference; • Water (Ministerial) Regulation (253/2018) – Part 6; • Alberta Canal And Dam Safety Directive 2018; • Alberta Dam Safety Management Plan – Standards Document • Dam Safety Best Practices, Including Canadian Dam Association (Cda) Guidelines And Technical Bulletins.
