Quotation are invited for Janitorial Services. The U.S. Embassy in Abu Dhabi invites competitive proposals for a qualified contactor to perform Janitorial Services at the Embassy compound. If you would like to submit a proposal, carefully follow the instructions given in the solicitation package attached to this notice. A Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit will be held on May 6, 2024, at 09:00 am at U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi. Prospective offerors should submit duly filled Site Visit Registration Form by May 2, 2024 at 11:00 am to arrange entry to the building. Your site visit registration request must be submitted to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov and JohnJM@state.gov with subject line Site Visit Registration Form Solicitation No. 19TC1024R0004. Proposals are due by May 24, 2024 at 04:00 pm (local time). No proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Your proposal must be submitted electronically to AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov and copied to JohnJM@state.gov with subject line Quotation Enclosed Solicitation No. 19TC1024R0004.
