The City Of Roswell, Georgia, (Owner) Is Inviting Bids From City Of Roswell Pre-Qualified Stormwater And Stormwater Lining Contractors For The Construction Of The Following Project: City Hall Bioslopes Construction Itb# 24-135-A. This Project Involves A Single Location And Encompasses Installation Of Six Bioslopes Within The City Hall Parking Lot Terraces And Line The Existing Storm Sewer Pipes As Shown On The Provided Drawings. Installation Of Bioslopes Will Include Tree Removal, Underdrain System Installation, Connection To Existing Storm Sewer System, Engineered Media, And Concrete Level Spreaders And Collection Trenches. The Existing Storm Sewer System Will Be Lined Using Cured In Place Pipe (Cipp). This Project Is Partially Funded Through A Ga Epd 319(H) Grant; Therefore, Selected Contractor Will Be Required To Meet Davis-Bacon Act Requirements. The City Is Specifically Soliciting Proposals From Contractors Who Have Received Prior Approval From The City Of Roswell To Deliver Stormwater And Stormwater Lining Services.
