B) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation (2 Copies Of A Paper Version And 1 Copy Of The Electronic Version).3. A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of Works Is Specified In Annex No. 11 To The Swz - Technical Documentation. Note: The Technical Documentation Covers A Broader Scope Than The Subject Of The Order. The Scope Of Works Carried Out As Part Of Stage I: A) Construction Of Communication Routes With A Clay And Gravel Surface With An Area Of 413.27 M2 Located On The Plot No. 177/21, Gomunice District (In Accordance With The Graphic Attachment To The Procedure, Sign: Ks.271.12. 2023),B) Construction Of A Wooden Gazebo With A Built-Up Area Of 34.51 M2,C) Construction Of Small Architecture, I.E. 15 Benches, 8 Waste Bins,D) Planting Trees - 6 Pcs. Species: Norway Maple,E) Installation Of Solar Lamps For The Wooden Gazebo Structure - 2 Pieces, F) Construction Of Communication Routes With A Clay And Gravel Surface With An Area Of 374.63 M2 Located On The Plot No. 177/20, Gomunice District (In Accordance With The Graphic Attachment To The Procedure, Sign: Ks. 271/12/2023), G) Laying Of Protective Pipes (In Accordance With The Graphic Attachment To The Procedure, Ref. No.: Ks.271.12.2023), H) Leveling The Area And Cutting Down Trees, Which Was Performed By The Ordering Party On Its Own. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Auxiliary. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Scope Indicated In The Technical Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Occurrence, During The Execution Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Technical Documentation. Note If References To Standards Are Used In The Swz Or Annexes, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Design Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Design Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. If Trademarks Are Used In The Swz Or Annexes, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Specify Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will Not In Any Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation, The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During Execution Of The Order, That The Equipment And Materials Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Use Of Labels In The Swz Or Annexes Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That Given Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Contractor, For Reasons Beyond Its Control, Cannot Obtain The Label Specified By The Contracting Authority Or An Equivalent Label, The Contracting Authority Shall, Within The Deadline Set By Itself, Accept Other Appropriate Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Technical Documentation, Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Construction Works, The Deliveries Or Services To Be Performed By Him Meet The Requirements Of A Specific Label Or Specific Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Use In The Swz Or Annexes Of The Requirement To Have A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Or A Test Report Carried Out By This Body As A Means Of Evidence Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Or Features Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Offer Evaluation Criteria Or Contract Performance Conditions Means That The Ordering Party Also Accepts Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Conformity Assessment Bodies. The Ordering Party Also Accepts Other Appropriate Means Of Evidence, In Particular The Manufacturers Technical Documentation, If A Given Contractor Has Neither Access To Certificates Or Test Reports Nor The Possibility Of Obtaining Them In A Timely Manner, Unless This Lack Of Access Cannot Be Attributed To A Given Contractor, And Provided That A Given Contractor Proves That The Construction Works, Supplies Or Services Performed By Him Meet The Requirements Or Criteria Specified In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, The Offer Evaluation Criteria Or The Terms Of Contract Execution. If The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Includes A Provision Resulting From The Knr Or Knnr Indicating The Need To Use Specific Equipment With Specific Parameters To Complete The Order, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Other Equipment As Long As It Ensures The Achievement Of The Assumed Design Parameters And Does Not Result In The Risk Of Non-Compliance Of The Work Performed With The Design Documentation.
