The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Swimming Pool Rooms At The Sports Primary School No. 19 At Al. Niepodległości In Tychy – Stage I. The Design Documentation Covers The Entire Implementation Of The Task, While In The First Stage The Causes Of The Poor Condition Of The Sub-Basin Should Be Eliminated By Renovating The Swimming Pool Hall And The Rooms, Locker Rooms And Showers Located Next To The Swimming Pool Hall On The Ground Floor Of The School Building. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: Construction Works On The Hall Side Swimming Pool And Rooms, Locker Rooms And Showers Located Next To The Swimming Pool Hall On The Ground Floor Of The School Building, Aimed At Removing The Causes Of Moisture And Leaks In The Swimming Pool Basin. 1) Removing Water Seepage In Places Of Installation Passages And Through The Circumferential Expansion Joints Of The Ceiling And Basin, 2) Cleaning The Exposed Surfaces, Drying, Making Moisture-Proof Insulation, Sealing Holes In Concrete, 3) Removing Leaks Through The Basement Ceiling From Some Of The Showers, 4) Sealing Wash Basins, 5) Swimming Pool Basin: - Demolition Of The Finishing Layer (Area: 120 M2) Along With Floor Layers And Waterproofing, Removal Linear Drainage And Ceramic Overflows (And Handrails), Replacement Of Stainless Steel Elements (Including Drain Elements, Ladders, Posts And All Other Stainless Steel Elements) - Installation Of New Insulation And Seals, Installation Of Swimming Pool Ceramics (Area 120 M2), I.E. Floor Tiles, Internal Corners, Linear Drainage, Drains, Overflow Gutters, Handrails.6) Insulation Installation Passages,7) Sealing Of Defects In Concrete,8) Flexible Sealing - Expansion Joints,9) Development Of The Construction Site, Cleaning Works, Disposal. Due To The Impossibility Of Excluding The Swimming Pool From Use During The School Year, Renovation Works Should Be Planned In The Period From 1 June To August 31, 2024.
