Tenders Are Invited For Framework Agreement For General Construction Works, Major Repairs, Current Repairs, General Construction Maintenance In Buildings And Premises Owned By Natural Persons. Or Joint Ownership Of The City Of Łódź And Sp
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Specifying The Terms And Conditions For The Implementation Of Transferred Orders For General Construction Works, Major Repairs, Current Repairs And Maintenance In The General Construction Industry In The Field Of Roofing And Sheet Metal Works, Carpentry, Bricklaying, Plastering, Insulation, Painting, Carpentry And Glass Works, Locksmithing, Paving And Removal Of The Effects Of Winter In Buildings And Premises Owned By Natural Persons Or Co-Owned By The City Of Łódź Or The State Treasury And Natural Persons, Managed/Administered By The Municipal Premises Board In Łódź. 2. The Ordering Party Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Execution Of The Order With Max. 2 Contractors Who Meet The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure, Are Not Subject To Exclusion And Offer The Most Favorable Conditions In The Offer Evaluation Criteria. The Method Of Awarding Orders Is Described In § 4 Of The Draft Contract. The Price Components Included In The Contractors Offer Cannot Be Changed During The Settlement Of The Construction Work. The Rules For Creating A Ranking Of Contractors, Ordering Works, The Order Of Orders And Their Number Are Described In The Draft Contract.
