The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New Without Traces Of Previous Use, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Have The Manufacturers Name, Intact Features Of The Original Packaging And Must Meet All Requirements Specified In Polish Law Regarding The Use Of This Type Of Products And Their Admission To Trading In Poland. . The Delivered Equipment Will Have The Required Ce Or Equivalent Declarations And Operating Instructions In Polish.1.2. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Delivered Goods And Is Also Obliged To Deliver Specific Equipment In Accordance With The Order Placed By The Ordering Party At His Own Expense And Risk To The Following Address: Ul. Dzika 36, 05-091 Ząbki.1.3. Arrangements And Decisions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Will Be Agreed By The Ordering Party In Consultation With The School Management, As Well As By The Guarantor Of The Facility With The Appointed Representative Of The Contractor, Necessary For Efficient And Timely Execution Of The Order. The Ordering Party Is Not Liable For Any Damage Caused By The Contractor While Performing The Subject Of The Order.1.4.
